These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and j2888 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the j2888 website at j2888.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, table games and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").

To register and maintain an Account with j2888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
j2888 may require documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual User may hold only one (1) Account on the j2888 Platform. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any alias — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonus funds.
During registration, you must provide your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and any other information requested by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided. j2888 reserves the right to close accounts where registration details are found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. j2888 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must contact j2888 support immediately at [email protected].
j2888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. j2888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse withdrawals and to suspend accounts where KYC requirements are not met. This process protects both the Operator and genuine users from fraud and underage gambling.
All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the j2888 live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may include bank transfers and mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users. j2888 references payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as payment types familiar to Pakistani players only.

Withdrawals of real-money balances from your j2888 Account are subject to the following conditions:
If your Account balance includes a mix of real-money and bonus funds, the applicable wagering and withdrawal rules will be clearly communicated in the bonus terms. Contact support if you have any uncertainty about your current withdrawal eligibility.
j2888 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, free spins or other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion — a defined number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements and illustrative PKR figures are published within each promotion's specific terms.
Different game categories contribute differently towards satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, slots and sports bets may each carry a different contribution percentage. These percentages are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
All bonus funds have an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are specified per promotion.
j2888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonus terms have been abused — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to exploit promotions, collusion or exploitation of technical errors. Determinations are at the Operator's reasonable discretion.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

The Platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all registered users and take effect promptly upon request.
Adults only: The Services are strictly for persons aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. This minimum age requirement is not a guarantee that gambling is lawful in your specific location. Your Account registration does not grant you any intellectual property rights in or to the Platform or its content. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of j2888's intellectual property rights and may be pursued accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
j2888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of forfeited bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via a verified payment method in your name, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC and withdrawal requirements.
j2888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j2888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of last review is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2888 holds its operating licence. The applicable jurisdiction is determined by the Operator's licence and not by the User's country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact j2888 customer support at [email protected] to seek resolution. j2888 will endeavour to address all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the escalation process will be communicated to you in writing.
Note for Pakistani users: The governing law and dispute resolution process specified above apply to the contractual relationship between you and j2888. They do not override, supersede or circumvent Pakistani national or provincial law as it applies to you.
